About the outlines

- Edition PRINCE2 7 (2023)
How these pages follow PRINCE2 7, and where the outlines come from.
What changed on 21 October 2026
Official outlines; nothing invented
- Every management product now uses the official PRINCE2 product outline, in the official order, with the official headings.
- Where the record holds nothing for a heading, the page records that (“None this period”, “Not yet set”, “Not recorded”). Nothing is invented to fill a heading.
- Tolerances are shown as not yet agreed by the Project Board; figures proposed in the Project Brief are shown as proposals.
- Highlight reports: one per reporting period, consecutive, none overlapping. Reports for November 2025 to September 2026 are reconstructions made in October 2026 from the dated record.
- Earlier pages with invented structures (dashboards, compliance manual, report templates, programme pages) are redirected to the product that now holds their real content.
