Rules
- One email per recipient body, covering everything for that body; no cc/bcc.
- UK office hours; reply in the body’s latest thread, to the address it last replied from.
- Before each send: inbox checked; draft read in full; refs, dates and quotes checked; no accusation as fact, threat or admission; no placeholders; no duplicate of a pending request.
- Unconfirmed items marked as unconfirmed; sources named.
- Outside WhatsApp’s 24-hour window: approved template only.
- Cadence changes only with the Executive’s agreement (L-007).
- No contact details or SAR replies on public pages.
