17 October 2026 Highlight Report Addendum

Stage: S0 · Gate: G0 still 18 December 2026 · Status: AMBER

Purpose of this addendum

Records material staged on 17 October 2026 that has not yet been sent. Private execution remains in HubSpot (Gmail pipeline ticket 439263345912). Public record is updated here so the high-level mandate, brief and plan remain current.

1. New evidence lead — original late-1970s County Treasures inventory

Draft request prepared to Vale of Glamorgan FOI Unit and Glamorgan Archives seeking the original South Glamorgan County Council County Treasures inventory (late 1970s), specifically the entry for Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough. The later 2002–2007 survey is explicitly distinguished. Associated survey sheets, field notes, maps, photographs, amendment records and circulation records to planning/conservation officers are also requested. Draft held under the 48-hour rule; not sent.

2. Cross-institution contradiction packs (staged, not sent)

Coordinated packs prepared for multiple bodies setting out contradictory statements on holdings, searches and records relating to Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr and the 1987–1988 events. Recipients include (non-exhaustive):

All remain drafts. Sending is subject to human review and the 48-hour hold where applicable.

3. Execution controls remaining in force

4. Immediate management attention

4. Close-of-week update — 18 October 2026: Parcel A perimeter chronology

Reporting close: Sunday 18 October 2026, ahead of the week commencing Monday 19 October. Overall status: AMBER. A substantial new forensic assessment has been published, but its highest-value historical instruments remain uninspected and no finding of fraud or coordinated wrongdoing is recorded.

Published deliverable: Three Parts of Parcel A — Divergent Chronologies before 1987 Amalgamation. The page distinguishes the northern woodland, occupied farmhouse/buildings/garden, and south-east ground later associated with VG41. It tests the family’s proposed 1955 taking of the outer areas and the possibility that later dealings progressively established control around the occupied centre. The “perimeter capture / hostile acquisition / lawfare” framing is recorded as a hypothesis to be tested—not a concluded finding.

Material findings and unresolved control points

Close-of-week conclusion

The most significant new line is a possible two-sided perimeter chronology: the allegation under investigation (SOURCE PENDING) is that the north woodland and south-east ground were taken in 1955 while Mary remained in the central home; a 1961 deed may show later dealing with northern land; VG41 was registered in 1970 under a statute that could, in a specific procedural sequence, vest unowned green land in a local authority; and housing permission is indexed in 1972. If the same polygons can be matched and contemporaneous records show knowledge of Mary’s competing claim, the sequence could be materially probative of an overbroad title assertion or coordinated dispossession. At present the 1961 deed, VG41 ownership process and planning file are gaps, so coordination, fraud, concealment and “lawfare” remain investigative hypotheses.

Week commencing 19 October — ordered work plan

Other work carried forward: the 17 October County Treasures inventory request and cross-institution contradiction packs remain staged drafts, not sent, pending human review and the existing 48-hour hold where applicable. Existing statutory response clocks and preservation actions remain in force. The programme remains S0 / AMBER with G0 forecast for 18 December 2026; this weekly close-out does not replace the October monthly baseline or signify that outstanding evidence has been obtained.
