Source: the reopen-loop grounds file (updated 19 Oct 2026 22:00 UTC) and its results table: 18 experiments, 14 kept, 4 discarded. Scores are 0–5 on each limb of the test in Takhar v Gracefield [2019] UKSC 13 as the loop applies it. Court-ready bar: every limb 4 or more.
