Planning assumptions

3 assumptions
  • HM Land Registry still holds WA240304 item 11 and supplies an official copy (EV-0063, pending).
  • The 1905 conveyance is on the WA231076 file as a document referred to (EV-0013, pending).
  • The Executive sends external requests; the Project Manager drafts and contacts no one directly except where the Executive has authorised sends.

Lessons incorporated

From the Lessons Log
  • Free routes before paid copies (CH-012, CH-013).
  • One email per body, 1–2 per body per day (R-004).
  • Check a platform’s limits before reporting a result; read replies before chasing (L-006 to L-017).

Monitoring and control

Reports, logs, gates
  • Highlight report to the Project Board at each reporting period (next due Mon 2 Nov 2026).
  • Daily Log, Issue and Risk Registers kept current; the Product Register shows status of every product.
  • Research cycle every 6 hours with an update to the Executive.
  • Exception Report if HM Land Registry copies are not held by 6 Nov (R-007).
  • End Stage Report S0 by 16 Dec; G0 decision 18 Dec.
