Products completed in the period
- Glamorgan Archives DSA/14/91 research: the 14 May 1936 auction was of Llwyn-yr-eryr, Llandough, Penarth (one lot, leasehold, about 4¾ acres); withdrawn, the reserve not reached (Western Mail, 15 May 1936); failed again in October 1936; seller Charles St David Spencer.
- EV-0294: Welsh Women’s Peace Petition 1923, Llandough sheet (National Library of Wales); Esther Williams is the 8th signature on page 1 with the address “Llandough”. That she was the mother of Mary (Nancy) Williams, formerly Buckler, is believed by the family; the 1911/1921 census or the 1913 birth entry would confirm it.
- Replies on the three PDF answers: South Wales Police FOI 1040/26 (internal review requested, due 18 Nov); ICO IC-546505-W6P0 (in-remit routes asked about); Cadw ATISN 27589 (already challenged on 19 Oct; no reply needed).
- Overdue chase: Vale FOI 00211483 (due 16 Oct): ICO referral if nothing by 4 Nov.
- South Wales Police subject access request: the 30 Sep clarification question answered; due 29 Oct.
Products planned but not started or completed in the period
- Cardiff and Vale Health Board deceased-records application form (sent 21 Aug): needs the applicant’s own signature.
Corrective actions taken during the period
- Two sent replies were worded more firmly than the record supports (a booked archive visit; the stage of the HM Land Registry complaints review); in-thread corrections offered to the Executive.

Key issues and risks
5 items
- Against the case: if the archive’s note is right, the 5.3-acre field in the 1939 letting (DBDT/123/7) was part of Llwyn-yr-eryr in 1936, not Great House Farm, so that letting cannot mark out the farm. Only DSA/14/91 itself or the auctioneer’s sale book DSA/8/32 can show the boundary (paid copy or visit).
- Cadw wrote at 15:39 that further farm emails “will be filed but not answered” without new evidence; reply sent copying Welsh Government Complaints, asking whether this is the final response.
- South Wales Police FOI 1189/26: the 28 Sep preservation notice is not an FOI request; written hold asked for.
- National Library images on EV-0294 are “copyright undetermined”: not for paid products.
- Prospective grounds to reopen the 1987 judgment: 28 experiments to 20 Oct; top grounds R1, R3 and R2 at 8 points short; none meets the court-readiness bar (every Takhar limb at 4 or more). Detail: reopening grounds assessment.
